HTC launched its flagship smartphone U11 today and the same has been put up for pre-order on the company’s official online store at a price of $649. But hold on. Before you go to the pre-order page here’s a piece of information which will help you save $50.
HTC is giving a discount of the mentioned amount to those who place the pre-order for HTC U11. To avail the offer, all you need to do is use the coupon LOVEU11 at checkout when you place the pre-order. The $50 amount will be automatically deducted from $649 bringing the price of the flagship phone down to $599.
HTC is selling the unlocked variant of U11 which will be compatible with AT&T and T‑Mobile Networks. Although HTC U11 is available in five colors viz Amazing Silver, Sapphire Blue, Brilliant Black, Ice White, and Solar Red, as of now only three have got listed on HTC website.

The HTC U11 comes with with HTC Edge Sense with pressure sensing bezels and HTC Sense Companion AI. It is equipped with a 5.5 inch Quad HD display with 3D Corning Gorilla Glass 5 on top. Powered by a Snapdragon 835 processor, the HTC U11 runs Android 7.1 Nougat. Power comes courtesy a 3000mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0 support. Other features include IP67 rating, fingerprint scanner, latest BoomSound HiFi tech and 3D audio recording.
Coming to the main USP of the phone which leaves even Samsung’s flagship Galaxy S8 behind, that is the cameras on board the U11 which have received a score of 90 by DxOMark while the score of Google Pixel is 89 and S8 is 88. The phone flaunts a 12MP UltraPixel3 rear camera with f / 1.7 aperture, optical image stabilization, dual LED and a 16MP selfie shooter.
