AT&T Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 Release Date set for November 9

Samsung’s Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 has been out and about in Asia and some other parts of the world for a while now, but is yet to hit American soil. While major carriers like T-Mobile, Sprint as well as AT&T had announced earlier that the 10.1″ Tab 2, would be a part of their line up, and would be available well in time before the holidays start, no pricing or specific release dates were revealed at the time.

AT&T has announced earlier today, that the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 would launch on November 9th and would be priced at $500 contract-free. If you’ve been looking to grab an Android 10-incher, now might be the perfect time. With AT&T, you will get the tablet with 4G LTE, so you can use it wherever you go.

As part of the launch promotion, AT&T is offering a special deal where if you also pick up a Samsung Galaxy smart phone with a new two-year contract, you get $100 knocked off from the price of the tablet. Which is a pretty good deal, as you are then getting the 4G LTE Tab 2 for the  price of a WiFi only model.
