AT&T Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge OTA updates rolling out with March security patch

AT&T is rolling out a minor software update to the Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge handsets. Arriving with the firmware build G930AUCS4BQC2 for Galaxy S7 and G935AUCS4BQC2 for Galaxy S7 Edge, the update installs March security patch on both the smartphones.

The update is on the roll as we speak and you should receive a notification to install it once it reaches your device. Or alternatively, you can also check for it manually from Settings > About device > System updates section.

Apart from the March security patch, there’s no information on the changes that the update brings along. But, as is the case with most of the updates, you can expect a few bug fixes and stability optimizations.

We recommend you to take a backup of sensitive data before beginning the installation process. Also, ensure to connect to a Wi-Fi network to avoid data charges.
