AT&T Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge Nougat update to release by March end

According to an AT&T service representative, the Android Nougat update for the Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge would be released by the end of March. This is for the AT&T variants of the Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge.

The chat rep mentioned to the user that the beta is already in testing and should conclude before the start of Spring. And once the testing is done, a new software update, Android 7.0 Nougat, should be available for the users.

Some Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge variants have already started receiving the Nougat update. However, carrier variants usually take longer to get the update because they have to conduct their own tests.

This information could also be wrong, as sometimes the reps can be misinformed so as to not reveal vital information to the public. Whatever the case, carrier variants of the S7 and S7 Edge should soon receive the Nougat update.
