If you were planning to buy an ASUS smartphone in India, we have good news for you. ASUS has slashed the price of its entire Zenfone 3 series in India by INR 2000.
The devices that have received the price cut are:
- Zenfone 3 5.5 [ZE552KL] – ₹16,999 (previously, ₹19,999)
- Zenfone 3 5.2 [ZE520KL] – ₹15,999 (₹17,999)
- Zenfone 3 MAX 5.5 [ZC553KL] – ₹14,999 (₹15,999)
- Zenfone 3s MAX [ZC521TL] – ₹12,999 (₹14,999)
- Zenfone 3 MAX 5.2 [ZC520TL] – ₹10,999 (₹12,999)
The price drop is valid across all online and offline retailers. The entire Zenfone 3 family was launched last year at Computex 2016.

This year also, the successor of Zenfone 3 family, Zenfone 4 series was expected to launch at Computex 2017, however, due to certain design changes and performance upgrades, the launch was delayed. Well, now the device is expected to launch later this month.
Further, the recent report suggests that the company will launch its next-generation smartphone, ZenFone 5 (tentative) during MWC February 2018 event.
