What apple really needs to do is grow up and stop sounding like a willful and adamant toddler! Every once in a while you have to accept that there is something better happening in the world around you and enter the competition with a healthy spirit.
On demand of the UK court Apple did put up a public apology on its UK web page. If you scroll down right to the bottom of Apple UK’s homepage, you can click on the link titled Samsung/Apple UK judgment. But if you are really looking for an apology from Apple for dragging Samsung to the courts in UK and accusing them of infringing apple’s iPad design for their range of Galaxy Tab 10.1, Tab 8.9 and Tab 7.7, you will not find it.
What you will find is an ‘acknowledgment’ by Apple that a judgment was declared in favor of Samsung and an entertaining read of how they did win something somewhere sometime. It reminded us of a bickering wife who stretches an argument by repeatedly citing incidents from the past.
Wonder if anybody is listening anymore!
