It was on yesterday that an alleged press render of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 circulated on Twitter. Now, another press render of the upcoming tablet has been revealed by the same source. This time, it is the back of the Galaxy Tab S2 that has been leaked.
The render suggests that the high-end tablet from Samsung will resemble a similar design as the Galaxy S6 flagship smartphone. Featuring a metal frame, the Galaxy Tab S2 is definitely a great improvement in comparison to its predecessor with a glossy plastic build.
The leaked image also confirms the presence of cellular network connectivity, and there are SIM and Micro SD card slots on the side of the device.
As per the previous reports, the Galaxy Tab S2 is likely to be thinner than the iPad Air 2. The device is said to include a 9.7 inch display with a resolution of 2048×1536 pixels as in the Nexus 9 and recent iPad models. It is expected to arrive with an in-house octa core Exynos chipset paired with 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of native storage space. The Galaxy Tab S2 is likely to boast of an 8 MP main snapper and a 2 MP front facer as well.
