There were reports earlier that Google Assistant’s Actions on Google will soon support British English recently. Well, as it turns out, the feature could get support for multiple other languages in addition to British English.
A new report from Android Police reveals that Actions on Google will support French, German, Japanese, and Italian soon. As you can see from the image above, Actions on Google now allows you to select a specific language (from the ones mentioned above).
For now, though, only English is supported and all the other languages are greyed out in the section menu as can be seen from above.

The addition of these new languages to actions means a few third-party services which are restricted only to Google Home will finally arrive on phones, thanks to the multiple language support.
Besides, the addition of Japanese and Italian to the list of supported languages also means Google Home could soon arrive in both these countries. That’s not necessarily confirmed, though, which is why we recommend you to take it with a pinch of salt.
